I didn't think it would be possible for me to buy a home until I talked with the team and especially Laddie at Zumin. They took amazing care of me and my fiance while we went through one of the biggest purchases of our lives. I had niche requirements that my home absolutely had to have and Laddie went above and beyond to find me listings that worked in my budget and had everything I was looking for, she took us through probably 15 different condos until we walked into 'Our' new home. Once we found the right property for us Laddie explained how everything in real estate worked and helped walk us through everything from getting our mortgage to signing offers and working with a lawyer. Buying your own home is scary but Laddie and the Zumin team made it such an amazing experience that I almost can't wait to sell my condo with them when I'm ready for bigger!

Stay away for these people! They redid a kitchen for me that took 2 years to complete and the cupboards are cracked as they were when installed. They harass everyone for money even when the job isn't finished. Claim they are not accountable for the terrible workman ship and delays and lies for months at time. I reported them to the consumers protection act.

We started earlier this year ahead of the pandemic, so options were available for home improvement should the neat arise. Laddie was quite communicative throughout the process in spite of me being mostly off of social media and worked with her crew to clear out my house of junk prior to assessing home improvement or straight sale. Once buyers were confirmed she was able to talk up their amount quite a bit, making home improvement an unnecessary factor, but a side by side cost/benefit was given for going both ways regardless and presented for my consideration. Closure was prompt and funds were doled out to interested parties and released to me within days.

Raj was a pleasure to work with. Excellent real estate agent and really knowledge about the market. He helped sell our house at the highest price sold in the neighbourhood. Their back office was equally delightful as they accommodated to our schedule for showings.
