Derek is an absolute gem! I've been using his services for a while, originally to help me find rentals, and more recently to assist my partner and I with our first house purchase. The quality of his service is top notch. Derek is knowledgeable about the market, is completely transparent with his feedback about all the properties you review with him, and he's also excellent at understanding your wants/needs during the search for a place. It took us a few months to find the right home for us, and his guidance and expertise were invaluable throughout the process (we could not have done it without him, and cannot thank him enough!).
