Randy went above and beyond to find us the perfect house! House hunting during a pandemic was not ideal but he made the experience so smooth. Randy is extremely knowledgeable about real estate as well as what is permitted and do-able with building. He was very honest with us and helped us to maintain realistic expectations about properties. If you have to purchase a property without a home inspection, having Randy do a walk through with you is the next best thing. Can't say enough good things about our house buying experience with Randy!

Recently I was in the unenviable situation of having to dispose of a property for estate purposes. After interviewing some of the realtors in the area, I choose to go with Randy Drohan -DROHAN Real Estate Right from the start he was very understanding of the situation. From his many years in the business, he knew exactly what we needed to do. He was patient, yet thorough and we felt no pressure. His plans were well thought out and discussed in detail. He always answered phone calls, ready to listen and take our thoughts into consideration. Randy was understanding ,yet encouraging and provided us with the help and access to a multitude of resources. He understood this wasnt going to be an easy transition for us, but he reassured us as the progress continued. The home was listed and as discussed,. We had multiple viewings, kept organized and on time thru COVID-19 In the end we received an incredible sales price!!!
