Elizabeth Sharma was a pleasure to work with as we were purchasing our first home. Her knowledge and system of working out the numbers and providing us with a good range to consider when bidding really helped us figure out our bidding strategy. The process was very stressful and a lot of moving parts in such a short time, but Elizabeth was there to guide and support us every step of the way to help us reach our dream of owning our first home. Elizabeth helped us to get a condo apartment for our son. We started working together around Jul/Aug 2022 and she was amazing from start to finish. She quickly understood what we were looking for and worked around our needs with such care. It seems she had known us for years! One thing that was impressive was that she was always taking notes on our observations, so she could make sure in the next list (if needed), she would point it out and remind us what we said before. Basically she was always ahead of the game, when selecting units for us to see. I cannot thank her enough for the patience, knowledge, resourcefulness, and guidance. While i recently migrated to Toronto from India and was sceptical looking to find place to stay... Elizabeth helped me a lot with options in my budget and she left no stone unturned to make sure I get the appartment... She not only is a hard working realtor but also a friend who advises you go or not go for something based on her experience... The zeal, enthusiasm, knowledge of the area and honesty with which she works is phenomenal.. Thanks Elizabeth for helping us find a place to live...
