This comment is in regards to your youtube video, Halal Mortgage vs Interest Mortgage. The comments are disabled on youtube. Plus your website link is down. You may not be doing this intentionally. Let me tell you that the way you are explaining both is incorrect. In conventional interest mortgage, you are never 100% owner until you pay off 30 years later. Does not matter if the bank tells you that you are the 100% owner on day 1. You are not. If you default anytime before 30 years, then bank puts your house on foreclosure to recover its balance. Then how come you are a 100% owner before 30 years? Also, in this so called " halal mortgage", if the market is down and you decide to sell your house in the 10th year for example, your equity by now has increased from initial down payment of 20% to now 40%-50%, per Islamic business rules (Musharika). Now if the house is sold at a loss, you wont get your 40-50% equity. Islamic bank wont incur loss on the original agreed amount at the time of purchase. YOU will incur the loss on your share. It is not halal. Please do not misguide muslims. I would request readers to ask this question to the Islamic bank before moving forward.

When my wife and I originally started looking for a house, we had a different agent. Suffice it to say, things did not work out as we expected and after asking people around, Ali was referred to us for his real estate services. Right off the bat, it was night and day the way he dealt with us as opposed to any other agent; the fundamental difference being that Ali is a broker and not a sales agent. Besides that, he was always on top of things and we never had to worry about anything since we knew he was working in our best interests. Even during the house visits, he would give his honest advice and opinion based on what he was seeing and it was not just about making a sale! One last point is that his relationship with his clients does not end once a sale is complete; it continues beyond that as he is able to provide help and advice in various aspects of real estate due to his experience and network. We would certainly recommend Ali for people looking to buy or sell their house.
