Very dishonest realtor. Will sell a shoe box to a client to make his commission. Going through a rough time at the moment because of him. Selling my personal detached home property which i worked hard to get so I could close on an overpriced studio condo he suggested I invest in which will never sell. Very unhappy with the service and advice provided. Would suggest others to please hire a dedicated professional real estate agent. Not someone like this who is a real estate agent, mortgage agent, investment agent.

We were able to Purchase our dream house with ease comfort and guidance provided by Sumeet. Absolutely a clean transparent and smooth process. No doubt we were stressed since it is a big buy especially during such testing times with unpredictable prices, bidding hassles, however I highly recommend Sumeet if you want to have a hassle free House buying experience in such tricky times.
