He was excellent at identifying properties within my price range. He always gave me an expert assessment of each house he showed. He did not push any house upon but rather wanted to make sure that the house was in good condition, met my needs and was competitively priced. He also assisted me with the mortgage process so as to understand the long term affordability of my purchase. Thanks to Domenic I was able to successfully purchase my first home!

When I first met Domenic the thought of getting into real estate had crossed my mind, but I had never taken it seriously. I house hunted in the summer and hid indoors in the winter. When I finally got serious, Domenic thoroughly explained the importance of real estate investment and equity building. We saw numerous properties as I pulled him between Toronto and Brampton repeatedly ...he has alot of patience!!! When I found the house I wanted to buy, Domenic was always honest and steered me down the right path. His knowledge, understanding, passion and dedication is amazing. I realized what I thought I knew was really me being clueless. He was very thorough and detailed in his explanation, and paid very close attention to detail. He also dissected each property and outlined all of its negative and positive aspects. A few years later, Domenic helped me sell my home and make a huge return on my original investment. Domenic personally rolled up his sleeves and helped me make cosmetic improvements to my home in order to get me the best price possible. Thanks for taking me under your wing and showing me the light at the end of the tunnel!!! I am forever indebted and when I'm ready to buy again, I'm only calling Domenic!!!
