Took me a long time to find the place I wanted to buy because Im quite particular. Ahmet was very helpful and patient in finding the right place for me and didnt want to talk me into something I wasnt enthusiastic about. He was efficient in preparing and submitting offers and he negotiated a purchase at a good price. After acceptance of my purchase offer, he was very helpful in walking me through steps required to complete the purchase and sending documentation to my lawyer. Job well done and much appreciated, Ahmet!

Inspired by friends, we recently started to look for a condo property in Oakville since we are very much attracted by its many waterfront parks. We are quite fortunate to have Ahmet as our realtor, and with his great help, we will be able to complete a purchase process within a month. Our first impression on Ahmet is his honesty: In my initial call to him, he tried to make sure if I wasnt working with other agents since he doesnt want to step on the toes of others.
