Sean Hanlon gave us amazing service. He always went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with his service. As an older couple who have lived in the same house for close to 39 years he was patient and explained the many processes to us. It took us awhile to find our new house and he communicated often sending us new and appropriate listings. Sean has extensive expertise in the both our selling (Mississauga) and buying (Waterdown) neighborhoods. As part of his service he provided us with an expert stager and photographer. The stager gave us many ideas to make our house more sellable. The photographer took incredible still and drone photos. From these photos Sean provide us with lovely flyers of our home for potential buyers and had an open house on a very rainy day. He paid for a home inspection on our home and was very knowledgeable on which items needed to be addressed in order for our home to sell quickly. He has exceptional negotiation skills and was able to negotiate a very satisfactory price on the house we purchased. We bought first which made selling our house quickly extremely important to us. Although the time line for getting our house on the market was not ideal for Sean he made it happen and got the house sold for us in 3 days. We are thankful to the Hanlon team for their immense support in the purchase and sale of our properties. Our realtor Andrew Burke is experienced in his domain and his suggestions played a major role at the sale point and for the purchase. We could sell our property at a decent price(over asking) and could grab an excellent property which we dreamt of. He does his homework before each home appointment to get a picture about the area and the property price. On the marketing side for sale, Pamela and team did an excellent job. Staging efforts of Elise and team is commendable. Home Photography of Ryan was beyond our expectations - Their team work brought in nearly 43 visitors within 3 days of our listing and on the 4th day we could sell our property.

This is my second purchase and my first sale with the Hanlon Real Estate Team and I cannot sing their praises enough. Sean is so thorough, knowledgeable, and patient! He was available whenever we had questions or to explain parts of the process, and really went the extra mile to make sure we were getting the most we could for our sale, and the best deal with our purchase. Everyone at the office was so personable and friendly, even making little signs to keep our kitty safe during showings, which will not soon be forgotten. The next time we move, it will definitely be with the Hanlon team! Thanks for everything again. We love our new home!

My fianc Gregory and I cannot speak highly enough about our experience working with the Hanlon Real Estate Team for our recent home purchase. We connected initially during a Seminar back in November, and the process has been very smooth ever since. In specific, it has been a true pleasure having Sean as our Real Estate Broker.
