Arvinder comes in prepared, brings a really warm & positive energy and great attitude to the whole experience. I have known Arvinder for more than three years. His ethics, expertise in real estate and professionalism stood out for me. Arvinder is very helpful with every step of finding the property what we wanted, timely answer to any question and queries, closing. You name a thing/problem, he has a solution and answer to it. The best part dealing with him is a transparent communication with no false hopes. Overall, we had a smooth process of buying a house and I highly recommend Arvinder for your real estate needs.

We had a pleasure of having Arvind to be our realtor for two real estate transactions. A family member recommended him to us. We had hunted for a house for 8 months in this pandemic market with no success and lots of rejections/frustrations. From day 1, Arvind listened to our concerns. He understood our requirements. He is an excellent listener. He is a professional realtor who takes time to go over intricacies of the real estate transactions. We are not a first-time home buyers so we knew the game but his expertise was what got us through the hump. He is very detail oriented. Will take time to do the market analysis. He will explain pros/cons of a house. He will not push you to buy a house and in fact will deter you to buy one if he thinks it will not get you the best bank for your money. He is always available to answer questions through phone/text etc (even on his wedding weekend). We got our house on the first offer with him because the way he approached the deal which is very unique from a cookie cutter approach lots of realtors take these days. Post-transaction, he was always available to answer questions and would setup appointments for subsequent visits. Even to the day he answers our questions. He did an amazing job with selling our house. Process was smooth. His team was amazing to stage/video tour. We had more than 50 showings in 5 days and he answered questions from the prospective buyers' realtors. He knew the price point of our house. On the offer date, he went through the process. Got us the best deal. Once again very knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and most importantly very calm/relaxed. It really helps with the stress/anxiety. He has been absolutely accommodating with all our requests. Finally, Arvind is very well connected with other professionals for real estate transactions too. All in all, we don't have enough words to describe how wonderful he is as a realtor and person. He does not treat you as a transaction. He goes above and beyond. Extremely caring and resourceful. We will use him for our real estate needs and will recommend him to family & friends.

At the time we were looking to purchase property for my family, I came to know Arvinder Thethi from one of my colleague at work. When I talked to him first he gave me all the details about the process about the home purchase process as we were first time home buyer. After talking to him I felt that he is the guy who will help us out and I trusted him totally for my work. He is full energetic person, he knows the housing market inside out, he knows the right price, he is good negotiator with the seller. He was very helpful from beginning to end. Hi all, let me introduceus, we are Bonnie and Mark from Barrie, soon to be Muskoka. I'm so excited. As I've never writtenone of these before I am so proud that I chose Arvinder Thethi to be my first. Many years ago we worked with Arvinder [although I personally didn't know him, in a completely different industry. You never know where life will lead you and how you will make a success of things. I'm grateful that Arvinder went into Real estate as he is amazing at it. From the moment we changed and went to him for advice about finding a new home, yes a new home as saying a new house doesn't give justice to what he did for us. Even in this market, if someone had said we'd buy and sell within a week [bought on March 29th and sold April 5] yes that is 7 days. I would say they lived in a bubble. When we first asked Arvinder for help he sent us a varietyof houses. We chose 3 that first weekend. He even got us into a house thathad closed viewing as theywere closing offers at 11 [our viewing time was 9:30].Meeting Arvinder at the first house I was very impressed in what I saw and how he handled the viewing. He looked so professional, our previousagent always looked like she was rushed and put no care in how she dressed plus she was never prepared for our questions.Arvinder Thethi was well dressed and answered all our questions with ease. He made me feel free to ask what evercame to mind and he even smiled at my silly comments. Putting in our first offer which was right on the deadline, but even though our offer wasn't accepted it didn't slow Arvinder down. He now knew what kind of home we were looking for and later that night he sent us more listings to view, and we chose 3 more to go see the next weekend. Out of the 3 one stood out and was perfect for us. Even while we were in the house Arvinder went back and forth with the selling agent asking all our questions and got a final time on when a decision would be made [later that day by 7]. Even after we put in our offer Arvinder kept in contact with the seller agent until he came back to us with news we won the bid. Seven days after we first met he helped us get our perfect home. I was so nervous as we were now facing selling our house but again Arvinder put my mind at ease and made the process go smoothly. We listed Friday and by Monday we had our deposit on a really good offer. This was our experience.Would I recommend Arvinder Thethi, hands down, in a heartbeat. 1,000,000%.Our results might not be typical in this crazy market. But if you are looking to buy, sell or both, Arvinder is a guy you should look into. He explores a lot of areas and is always there with answers. Give him a call, email or whichever forum that suits you. I'm sure you will find what we did. A person that knows his business and will respectfully help you. I believe he is from the City but came to Barrie and went as far as Huntsville for us. No harm in looking him up, I'm sure you won't be disappointed.
