We were looking for a realtor to list our house to be rented, considering our options, our choice was Brian Khtambakhsh. Brian patiently and professionally went through many questions from utilities, chattels, to the type of tenant that we preferred to have. Within a couple of days the house was listed, we looked at the MLS and were happy to read the description of the house. It felt like the time we were living in the house, well written to allow the tenant to visualise the house. We were notified about all the potential tenants and the showings were scheduled. Braian narrowed down all the candidates to make it easier for us to choose the tenant that we preferred. Braian also took an extra step to make us even more confident about the tenants that we had chosen, scheduling a meeting so we could get to know the new tenant before signing the contract. All of this was done within a week. We are happy with our choice of realtor. First time home buyers and relatively newcomers in Canada. We heard about Brian through a friend who also had a good experience with her home purchase. After helping us to find our new home we can also highly recommend Brian and his team to anyone looking for a trustworthy and down-to-earth realtor. Brian was exceptional in helping us finding our home, he was patient, provided guidance and really listened to our needs. During the whole process communication was superb, always answering our calls and texts in a timely manner (specially weekends). He made sure to keep us updated about new homes listings based on our criteria, booking the viewings, answering our questions and overall keeping us informed during the offer process. Also, we appreciated the fact that he provided his perspective on the properties we visited. In a sense he was educating us about home ownership where small details can make a big difference which was a value added for us.
