In addition he's extremely fast to respond and took the time to clarify any questions I had during the whole process which made it go very smoothly and stress free. He definitely put the buyer's interests first and was able to negotiate a great deal on the unit for me while getting all of this completed in a short amount of time. We just sold our home in Milton and had the pleasure to work with Bart. He made what could have been a stressful and difficult process as seem less as possible. Hes good at getting back to you in a timely manner. He really cares about his clients and their needs. Its a competitive market and Bart knows how to navigate the complexities to his clients advantage. I highly recommend him.

We would HIGHLY recommend Bart for all your real estate needs! He is always courteous, professional, and works very hard to help you achieve all you want! He knows the market, he is well versed in strategies to employ and is genuinely very easy to deal with with a great personality! Can't say enough! He worked endlessly and helped us find our first house and 10 years later sold it, for a bundle and wouldn't bother with anyone else! Rarely make recommendations but he is well worth it!
