I was a little hesitant at first when we were looking into rent to own option Rahim took time to answer all of our questions and was really patient. He walked us through the whole process and explained everything and made it a smooth from start to finish. Very professional. Cant wait to move into our new house soon. All I can say is if you are hesitant, no need to be. Ask Rahim and you will be blown away by how professional he is and he will take you through the whole process. We had peace of mind just knowing that we are working with a trustworthy company especially during these crazy times. Rahim guidance and knowledge and professionalism kept us calm and help us find our dream home when everything was hopeless. We are extremely happy and cant thank Rahim and his team enough. Thank you! SCAM COMPANY WITH FAKE REVIEWS No way to contact them unless you walk into their office. Rahim is the most arrogant person you will speak with. Their website leads me to a shoddy visa payment website when I click to contact someone. The reviews seem fake since their website isnt even legit and its just a wordpress website with horrible grammar. Dont bother calling after 5 since your call will go straight to voicemail even though it says their office is open. There is no voicemail initialized either. Rahim was very arrogant when I spoke with him. Belittled me and was very unprofessional. Would not use this business. I have never met someone as unprofessional and rude as Rahim Syed.

Rahim and his team are veryvhelpful and professional. They went way out of their way to make sure we were satisfied and got the best house for our family and future. Rahim was very quick at responding to any questions we had, as well as setting up appointments promptly no matter where in Southern Ontario. They listened to all of the remarks we made on houses to try and only find ones that would fit our wants and needs. I would always recommend Rahim to anyone who needs it help purchasing a house in the future.
