Going to IHN was one of the best experiences Ive ever had. I not only had the opportunity to meet some amazing people and surround myself with a supportive and caring community, but the program itself had such a positive impact on my health and wellbeing. I went into the program facing some of my own health challenges, so being able to implement some of the healing techniques was so empowering. I loved being able to dive deep into the different healing modalities and learn all the different ways we can support the body, mind, and spirit from a holistic approach from the amazing teachers at IHN. This is an incredible program for anyone whos interested in health and wellness!

IHN has been profoundly transformational for me on so many levels. It has helped me successfully transition into my second career, and the 2.0 version of myself. My own personal pain-to- purpose story of having addressed my digestive issues through a holistic approach, inspired me to leave my successful consulting business and fulfill my passion for nutrition and wellness. The comprehensive curriculum and quality of instructors at IHN have equipped me with the foundational knowledge about holistic nutrition and wellness, and the confidence to start Savoia Self-Care Holistic Wellness, with a mission to help health seekers embrace self-care and thrive as they age. As well as consulting organizations on effective workplace wellness programs. Another invaluable aspect of attending IHN is the amazing helpful staff and not to mention the incredible like-minded people that I have met and now consider so many of them my dear friends. I am forever grateful to IHN for such a life-changing experience.

IHN is really serious about health and empowering their students to help others. Are courses science based? Yes! Is the program scope wide and engaging? Yes! Is it really holistic though? It is! Are the courses intense? Oh yes! Are the instructors leaders in their industry? Yes, very much so. Sense of community? All about it. You will learn the power of thinking differently: that our bodies were built to heal! And when that knowledge connects with the compassion to help others experience that truth, it's nothing short of amazing. Being a IHN graduate of 2021 batch is an honour. I am an immigrant and gone through tremendous trauma during my course in my personal life. The course, staff, teachers not only uphold my spirit and encouraged but given support and here I am began my clinical practice within 6 months of graduation. World need alternative health practitioner and Institute of Holistic Nutrition is the best place one can begin that journey..
