        Great team of therapists, coaches, and trainer. The team here is very welcoming (as if youre family to them)! They offer a variety of services including athletic therapy, massage therapy, chiropractic services, concussion assessment, mobility classes, training (performance, partner, personal, group), infrared sauna, and Normatec boots. Each practitioner is spectacular in what they do. They are amazing at what they do! 100% recommend this place!

        Truly professional sports clinic. From facilities, to cleanliness and most importantly very knowledgeable staff, you cant find a better place for rehab or conditioning.

        I was told that my wife will receive a 60 min massage but rather it was a 30min consultation talk and 30 massage with someone I didn't choose. Misleading and deceiving.

        Best place I've been to in GTA from experience. Dr. Jade (Chiropractor) and Lindsey (RMT) are amazing and no words can do justice of how great they are. The place is clean, organized and accommodating. You feel the positive energy the moment you walk in.
