BEWARE !!! Not a Real Nike store. Its a 3rd party store (check on the receipt). Dont even comply with Nike 90 day policy and instead give just 30 days for return. Irrespective of the condition of the condition if the shoe is not comfortable, Nike store will exchange or return the shoe however this store claims if the shoe is even wore once from inside to right outside the store it is considered as used and not eligible for return. Poorest customer service I have come across at any store in Canada. Totally unprofessional. TIP : DO TRY YOUR SHOES HERE PROPERLY FOR 15-20 min before purchasing because if you will come back stating shoe is not comfortable or any other defect they will say you should have tried here before purchasing so you tried and purchased hence not eligible for return or exchange.
