Holden and the team were awesome to work with from start to finish. During the quote phase of our project they were the most clear on the scope of work and understood exactly what we were looking for. Before even receiving prices, we planned to work with LARCON for their knowledge and clear plan of attack for the job. It helped that not only were we most comfortable with them, but their price came in exactly where we had hoped. Scheduling was a breeze due to their quick and professional communication. On the day of the job, the workers were efficient in their work, and patient with my questions. They left the site cleaner than they started, and their work was exactly to the quality I had hoped. I would recommend LARCON engineering to anyone looking for structural remodelling and although we hope we won't need too, we would gladly use them again in the future. Service: Remodeling

Only positive things to say about Holden and his team. Communication, professionalism, quality of work, efficiency and tidiness were all top notch. The removal of 2 load bearing walls in our house was a smooth process from start to completion thanks to Larcon. Holden and the Engineers helped us talk through solutions and explained the process in great detail, which put our minds at ease. Highly recommend!

We wanted to expand our Kitchen and needed to take out a structural wall. Larcon took it out and inserted a steel beam for our home in Oct 2018. Very professional, affordable and amazing work. They took care of the architectural work and city permits. They were always on time and kept the house clean after them every time. Best contractor experience we have had in a longtime. No regrets.
