Pool Mart Service

I have been a loyal customer for the past 14 years, but in the last few years, we have faced a decline in service reliability, but I still stayed with them. Many "No Show" appointments with no cancelations, no follow-up, many "this weekend" yet, no shows. Last year, they were supposed to install a new sand filter and I was told his son would come to connect it but then I was told it would be installed when we open the following year, which is fine. However,now I have been trying to open my pool and can not reach Rob. On top of everything, he took my hot tub motor/pump for service, and it hasn't been returned to us. Please return our pump.

Update: Service has deteriorated huge! The store is great but the service is terrible. This is unfortunate because it will also drag down the name of the store selling supplies. We had work done two years ago(a big job) and still waiting for it to be fixed and completed properly. I'm sad to say I thought i was a good, long term customer but being treated this way is not acceptable and not how you deal with loyal customers. My mistake in paying in full when it was "almost done". Now I am being ghosted and can't get the job completed right. It is very apparent that they don't care after they have your money--TWO YEARS patiently waiting and nothing. Learn from my mistake.

Terrible service. Was told 3 weeks to replace a liner. They were a bit more money than other places, but timeline was good and I felt confident speaking to Rob. This was in May. Job wasn't done until July, 8 weeks later. Several times they scheduled to come and never showed up, after I had taken time off to be there, and arranged for other Tradesmen to be there (ie. Gas and Electric for heater). I understand things happen, but they wouldn't even call to cancel they would just not show up. Once the job was finally "done" and I had paid, we went swimming and realized that they hadn't replaced the lenses on our lights, and hadn't cut out our lights. I notified them Aug 6, was told they would be by to fix it, haven't heard from them since. It is now October 3, and I'm wanting to close my pool, but can't becasue they haven't finished the job I paid them for that was supposed to be done in May.
