This company is highly recognized, reputable, knowledgeable, reliable and will assist you with all your pool and spa questions, requirements and needs. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and ready to assist. Great experience shopping here. Strongly suggest going into the warehouse to look at all their amazing & modern products and visualize what your outdoor space can be like. Fun place to shop!

        When the hot tub dies the day it drops to -10, and its close to freezing. These are the guys who have the parts, and the advice on what to do! Called 20 other places, not kidding, and had to drive from Burlington, but the hot tub lives again! already back to 104 degrees.

        Gone there several times throughout the years and they're not helpful. I never buy anything there because they never have anything I need so i go then to other pool stores. UPDATE: This is a follow up to a response from "the owner" My review was from two years ago so case in point is that it has taken two years to respond to my review. I would just rather deal with Pioneer.
