My daughter enjoys the lessons, staff is very nice and teachers. During the lessons you can see the teacher communicating with the children on what they have to do and if not listening they get them to start over. After the lesson theres communication with the parent and the teacher makes you feel very comfortable talking to them about the progress your child is making :)

The facilities are well set up and relatively clean. Pool is nice and warm. However, unfortunately, the pools are overcrowded, their curriculum is quite slow in terms of teaching and advancement and their policy regarding pool closings puts the financial burden on their customers. I had two boys in the program for over a year and a half and they havent made much progress in terms of their swimming skills. The instructors are constantly changing and in a 30 mins class, they spend about 5 mins actually practicing swimming techniques and rest of time watching and waiting. The other challenge is because their pools are overcrowded, they have constant pool soilings which results in shutdowns. We had 4 shutdowns in an 8 week period. The real challenge is that when a pool is shut down because of someone elses child soiling the pool, the onus is on YOU to find a make up class. The make up classes are almost never available, and can only be booked one week in advance. In our case, we were paying for private classes ($400 per month for four 30 mins classes), of which half of them were cancelled due to a closing initiated by aqua tots. There were no makeup slots available and thus we couldnt ever re book. Even when asking them, they would state that the onus is on us if there is a pool closing due to a pool soiling. I then cancelled our membership in order to not continue to run up additional charges - because you have to pay their subscription fee regardless of whether they deliver a class or not. once we decided to cancel, they also eliminated our ability to book a makeup class. I posted about my experience on google and suddenly the manager reached out to correct the situation. She offered to book our makeup classes that we paid for. They also asked me to take down my google review since they helped out, which I gladly did, as I appreciated their attempt to correct the situation. Unfortunately, 2 out of the 5 makeup classes they scheduled were cancelled due to pool soilings. These classes were not re booked. Now, Im back in the same boat now with cancelled classes. To be honest, Im writing this to provide a real world perspective that provides a balance to the other carefully curated and managed google reviews about this organization. There are some merits to their offering, however, its too much drama and cost, not to mention a ridiculous pool closing policy where the customer is on the hook for events outside their control and most likely driven by aqua tots lack of proper operating controls and overcrowding of classes. As an aside, we started with another swimming lesson org, and its half the cost, my boys spend 90% of their lesson time actually practicing their swimming. The pool isnt as nice (its in a local high school), but they are actually learning and we havent had a pool closure yet in 7 weeks. UPDATE - after posting this, aqua tots rescinded a refund they agreed to previously provide to us for cancelled classes which we paid for but where they couldnt reschedule. They cited that the review was rude. I hope the owner puts the $200 she took from us to good use.
