Had a disappointing experience at this location. Had an appointment at 4 pm on Sunday and was notified that they are busy and was asked to book for another day as they close by 5 pm. What was the use of appointment then? No apologies or anything about not honouring the appointment. Additionally, in my appointment details, I had mentioned I need help with US and Canadian taxes and when I came for my appointment, they said they dont do US taxes here.

This location did a great location with doing my taxes for 2023. The employees are very knowledgeable and professional. They were also able to see me on short notice.

Was told over the phone that the charge for tax returns is based on per T4 slip and that for 3 slips it would be around $130. I booked an appointment and at the end of it I only ended up doing 2 slips, and the total was over $200. They werent able to do anything about this so unfortunately I had to pay. Pretty frustrating as I would not have come if I knew it would be so expensive. The receptionist is very kind and professional though.
