The employee showed up 10 minutes late for the appointment so me and another lady were waiting outside. When I got in and showed him my earnings as as a part-time self employed music teacher and student, he said the fee would be $400. When they called to confirm the night before, I explained exactly my part-time work and student status, and there was no mention of such a fee. With my income being quite low and being a student, he knew that I was in no position to pay that fee. He said that he would charge me as a full business, even though I am just a private contractor. He said he would not do my student tax return either if I did not do the $400 business fee. Such a waste of time. I spent more time waiting in the parking lot than in the building.

most useless location! god help you if you need them to get back to you after leaving a voicemail it will never happen! better off asking another location for help atleast the others answer phones during business hrs.
