Our organization contracted Canada Video Communications to provide a boardroom videoconferencing solution. CVC demonstrated excellent technical expertise in their quote, including some hardware options which were omitted by other bidders. When time for the installation came, the work was completed very professionally. The installation and finishes are impeccably clean and well-integrated with our pre-existing boardroom furnishings. The hardware supplied has exceeded our expectations, particularly with respect to ease-of-use. Based on the experience with Canada Video Communications, I can't recommend strongly enough working with an expert audio/video contractor if you have a project related to permanent videoconferencing installation. CVC provided domain-specific expertise beyond my capacity to research and DIY, even though I'm a networking and IT professional. If I had gone it alone, we'd have a much worse set-up and I'd be constantly helping people connect to the hardware. CVC have my endorsement.

I was so pleased with all aspects of the installation of our new Video Communications system which went very smoothly and was completed in 3 days. In addition to the professional work done to install our innovative system the customer service provided by Ahmed and his team was excellent. Ahmed was always available to answer any questions my team had at any time and provided support by joining us in a zoom meeting. He also came and trained my entire team at a time that was convenient for us and gave demonstrations for the presentations, zoom meetings, team meetings and showed us how to set up the cameras. He is making us a one page manual that we will post up in our training room to further support when we are in meetings and doing presentations. I highly recommend Canada Video Communications to install a video system. Thank you so much.
