Best store with best in class employees Staff members are so co-operative. Warehouse guys are very helpful. They always try to do everything on time, especially Chester, this guy go a mile to provide best in class service and experience. I've never seen such a decent staff who always care for their clients. Chester deserves a recognition. Cheers

We went to Tile Solutions for the first time on Saturday April 22. The owner gentleman was very grateful we drove 45 minutes to come to his store. So much so, he even gave us a gift as a token of his appreciation, so very nice of him. However, the staff was less than helpful. Not one of the staff approached us and asked if we need any help or questions. The young woman at the back service counter offered zero communication and had no other customers at her counter. The one at the front was straight faced and walked past us a couple of times and didnt even look towards us or ask if we had any questions. We asked another young woman about the samples rack and asked if they were organized alphabetically, she says no by code but that was it, no can I help you find something?, nothing. Quite a difference in customer service/appreciation viewpoint compared to the owners. It was quite disappointing. The store itself is quite nice, too bad the staff are not.
