I bought a truck from Arrow Truck in Mississauga which has been repaired and had safety done by this company. When I brought the truck back to Alberta it failed CVIP and had some issues that had to be corrected first before it could pass inspection. The major repairs that had to be done was to stop the front diff from leaking and put two front axle mud flaps. This company had fixed the same front diff for the same issue so I reached out to them to try and find out what it was that they fixed coz the diff was still leaking. There was some back and forth and until they told me that they would not be paying for the repairs even though they had been paid a total of about $12K to get the truck road worthy. I ended up paying for those same repairs and I hope arrow trucks sales dont ever send their trucks for repairs there ever again coz they are definitely not trustworthy people. I told them I was gonna give them a bad review and they obviously didnt care.

Big shop. Can park number of trucks inside at a time. Honest, trustworthy, ontime. First diagnose problem and then do what needs to be done. Not just guessing and trying changing all the parts to see whats going on. Garry and his team have full hands on experience of everything. Highly recommended. You will not go anywhere else once your truck came here for repair. Fully satisfied. Must give a try.
