I can't believe I am writing review for this dealership again. My brother deposited $1000 to purchase nissan kicks in september 2022 and still hasn't received it. I wrote a review in January this year that we haven't heard from them for any updates or any reasons why they are taking so long. And next day sales manager called us and he said he will be in charge of our car order and will give us weekly update and asked to delete my review since headquarter takes google reviews seriously. So I deleted review and believed we will recieve the car soon however nothing happened. No update. Not a single call from him. I tried to call him but he never answered. And now its almost June now which means we waited almost 10 months to receive the car and maybe it will take longer. Should've cancelled order in January and ordered from other Nissan location then I should've recieved a car by now. Maybe this dealership doesn't have ability to receive cars than other location. Highly recommend to go other locations if you want to receive your cars soon.

This service is extremely poor, as they frequently cause delays and make customers wait for extended periods of time without resolving their issues. During my last visit, I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and returned to find my car parked outside, assuming the service was complete. To my surprise, the staff informed me that they were still busy and needed additional time to complete the service, as they had forgotten about my appointment. When I asked for the key to leave without doing the service, imagine, they lost it.

I can say that my car purchase journey here was better than any other Ive had. It started off with Tariq a sales consultant there whose customer service was nothing short of excellent, he presented the car to me and explained all the features the car had to offer. He was very kind and attentive to my needs and found me the perfect car, a 2023 Nissan Qashqai. Sales manager Zohaib was very kind and transparent giving me the best deal for my car and did not impose any pressure on my decision. Lastly finance manager Rahul offered me all the great protection plans and explained them to me throughly so there was no confusion, he was very professional and charismatic. All in all, I can say this place surpassed my expectations when it came to car shopping. I definitely recommend anyone whos looking for a car to pay them a visit. Thank you again 401 Dixie Nissan!

I bought my car from them in the autumn of 2021 and it was a terrific experience and 2nd time buying a Nissan from them in 7 years. However, their customer service in the parts/service department needs work. I've called a number of times in regards to how long certain services would take such as tire replacement and oil change but no one ever picks up nor calls back when I leave messages. Even though I have over half a dozen free oil changes, I'd rather pay for them at this point. They get 5 stars for actually sales service but 1 star for auto parts service.
