This is an amazing meal replacement product ro help you reach your fitness goals. I highly recommend it. I ordered the 10-day starter pack and it arrived the next day. The shake powders are varied tasty and it made me feel full and boosted my energy. I felt like I was 20 again. I actually had to slow down during workouts to make sure that I didn't hurt myself. It's a very good energy booster even though I was only having a single package of shake per day and I would highly recommend it. I'm definitely ordering planning on ordering more.
