        Update- it's not about giving you a second chance...why book 4 people for 6pm with same doctor??? Waited 1 hour after appointment time just to see Dr assistant lol ...they have a sign that states don't be rude to staff. Why have a sign if there is no reason to be rude. You have a sign because you know you are messing with people's time so obviously people will get rude. Unreal.
