Went to see doctor because of a bleeding wound. Arrived at 8:30pm, but got rejected because doctor wanted to go home on time... Will never return

I scheduled a pap test with their female doctor 3 months before and went to my appointment few minutes early. I waited more than 80 minutes before finally losing it and leaving the clinic without seeing the doctor. How could you be so disrespectful of people's time? It's already a stressful appointment to make and I had to cancel a work meeting to make it to it. I've filed a complaint to Patient Ombudsman and I am also changing my family doctor to avoid this place forever.

I would avoid going to that office. They have very long waiting time, the same experience every time I go. The patient goes inside and disappear for long time. Im not sure if they have only one doctor running, or their system is unprofessional and needs to be improved. Their phone system is often forwarded to the answering machine . I found the oakville branchs service is much more better and more professional. I wont give them even a half star.

I would leave 0 if it was an option. Terrible for walk in assistance. I dont normally complain but I was told about a 30 minute wait. After an hour and a half I finally saw the doctor to be told he couldnt fill out a form because I got a note from another clinic. I understand why I was told that they couldnt do it, but I told them prior to the walk in that the note was from a different clinic. Overall a complete waist of time and unsure why they didnt communicate that the doctor prior to making me wait. NOT GOOD. Update: Because I went to this doctor and was told to go to the same doctor that gave me the note, I am not allowed to see them same day because they ran my health card. So I waisted even more time now driving to another doctor to be told I have to come back another day. My gas, time, patience is all going out the window. THEY COULDVE TOLD ME AGAIN PRIOR TO THE WALK IN THAT THEY CANT ACCOMMODATE AND I WOULDVE BEEN FINE. Im frustrated and confused why they would tell me to go try another walk in same day if Im not allowed to. Will not be returning to this office anytime soon.
