My daughter needed stitches and because Dr. Reem didnt want to do them she sent to an urgent care Center in Toronto that didnt exist anymore. I ended up going to the hospital and waiting many hours for stitches that could have been done in her office.

100% do not recommend unless your white. doctor is clearly racist and makes anyone who is not white wait for 1-2 hours!!! Terrible careless doctor who manages her time very poorly!! Find someone else if you can!! DR REEM shouldnt even have her job! Very unprofessional. She made my son miss school for no reason! Shes actually a disgusting human being i see right through the front she puts on!! Save yourself time and energy and go somewhere else!!

Horrible service. Whats the point of booking an appointment at this clinic if they only call you in 45mins/1 hour later? It is not the first time this happens and judging by other reviews Im not the only one. The doctor is nice but the actual appointment is rushed, youre lucky if you sit there for 5 full minutes. Reception is terrible. Looks like theyre doing you a favor by being there. 5 stars for the nurse though, she is really nice.
