Dr Ladak should be stripped of his license to practise medicine. My wife took my daughter to get checked up as she developed a sudden fever last night and this P.O.S wouldnt even check her ears. He is more concered about people wearing masks than taking care of patients. Also he must be a certified psychic because he can tell what is not wrong by not even touching the patient. Worst "doctor" that anyone in my family has ever had the displeasure of dealing with. EDIT: Today my daughter went to a real doctor who was willing to do his job and check her out, as it turns out she has gingivitis. We will be filibg a complaint with CPSO

Called the clinic to confirm they are open, when i visited them, they said are closed due to internet outage. 1 star for having no mitigation measures against trivial things like this.

I'm only giving the stars to the receptionist because she was the only decent part of this experience. First of all, I didn't have a mask on me and they wouldn't give me a free one. Instead they directed me to their pharmacy where I bought one for $2. Highway robbery. Second of all, I went in for my issue and instead of a test or a checkup, I got a Netflix recommendation. The doctor took less than 30 seconds to call my issue an allergy, disregarding any of my symptoms. He was very standoffish, talked down to me, and gave me dietary advice that frankly seemed off the cuff.

save your time and don't walk in this place. the so called doctor was so rude and unprofessional he didn't even attempt to listen to my concern, even told me walk-ins are for emergency only and my concern were no emergency
