Battleford Medical Walk-In Clinic

A psychiatrist had a phone appointment with me and would not leave any contact info to reach him at. Two weeks have pasted and he still has not sent my prescription. This is very frustrating since I am not able to ask my doctor to resend a referral and I cannot contact his office at all.

I had the opportunity to be Dr Hoodas patient for a very short time. Very good doctor as well as a person. I hope she could be my family doctor for many many years.

Very poor clinic and staff especially the receptionist is very rude and frustrated, dont know why is she even working here after so many bad reviews and complains against her! Says a lot about the management in that case. Practicing doctors keep on changing and hours of operation is reduced (closed Monday to Thursday I mean wth)so much so that you get to see your doctor only after a month! Stay away and do not think about choosing a family practice here

Dr Hooda is a great doctor. I heard she is closing the practice. I am starting feeling upset and not sure where else i can find other good doctor like her. I missed you so much nowit is being care so much for me and my family. I am to move with you..

The psychologist I spoke with was a very kind man who made sure everything was understood during our telephone appointment. He stated that the information, diagnosis, and recommended medication would be faxed to my doctor. Since the appointment on August 1st, 2022, my doctor has not received any fax or information from the psychologist. My doctor's office has been repeatedly tried to call the office, but they get sent to voicemail. They have left 4 messages with no reply. I myself cannot get in touch. This is frustrating especially when diagnosed with new mental health problems, and wanting to put in place tools that will help. I would expect a more professional courtesy from this office.
