Irina Benoit is a true master at what she does. In five sessions Irina has helped me to understand so many things, she has redesigned my "house", and has ultimately allowed a ton of refreshing, well needed "light" into my life. I can best describe my experience with Irina is something like hitting that trash or delete button, and making room to breathe. Im so thankful that I feel like I can breathe again. Irina truly is incredible.

In the past year I developed panic attacks while driving. I did acupuncture, bought books and searched everywhere for help to get through this storm. I came across Irina's website and decided to contact her. I had 5 sessions and gradually seen progress. I'm not a 100% panic free but I've definitely come a long way. Irina helped me during a work related anxiety crisis. She correctly identified the root cause of my anxiety and worked diligently with me to eliminate it. I am listening to her voice recordings every night and this brings me peace. She gave me the necessary tools to fight back and recover.
