I strongly recommend this place not only for yoga lovers but also for people with back pain who wish to feel better and live a pain free life. Renu, my personal trainer, has helped me a lot in that regard. I never did yoga in my life and one of friends told me it would help me with my low back pain. He was not lying. It did help me a lot thanks to Renus professionalism and experience. She knows what shes doing. She listens carefully to her clients and tries to identify the source of the problem so that she can focus on resolving it. Thank you so much for your help. Strongly recommend

I highly recommend Renu and Ivonne! With Renu I took nutrition class. She helped me get my nutrient levels to normal range with just her food plan and I was amazed I didnt require supplements to get my nutrient deficiency to normal! I am grateful to Ivonne for my weight loss journey.. Ivonnes strategy and focus to achieve food discipline is amazing! Thank you ladies!

I like the yoga classes which are more focusing on providing the original hatha yoga and yvonne guided me to start a dedicated life style for weightloss instead of instant weightloss program. She guided me weekly proforma and suggested to watch out my diet plan. Never insisted me to avoid my regular diet. Thank you for the motivation and giving me the positive push to achieve my goals

Time for me to write a review! This yoga studio is authentic, clean and cozy. There are so many variety of yoga and Pilates classes here, that you never run out of options. Yoga instructors are amazing, respectful and makes yoga so much fun! Also, highly recommend it for YTT200.
