On Sunday May 21, 2023, my wife had an appointment at 11 AM for a make up for our daughter's wedding. It was a very important and special day but the lady who said she a beauty consultant at Lancome counter who did the make up for my wife made her so disappointed. The lashes came off after 2 hour 30 minute. My wife didn't feel well and confident at the event. She dared not look at anybody and avoid to look at her eyes. The next day (Monday) when we came back and complained about the poor service, the make up lady said it was not her responsibility and said she thought my wife had experience and know how to fix it. Come on! what an excuse! The lady instead of telling us she was sorry for the lousy make up work, just try to argue with us for whose fault it is. For sure we won't come back there again and advise others not to go there to do the make up; especially for major and important days.

The department store is accessible through both inside the mall and parking lot; which makes it convenient. I always come here to buy skincare products. Angela from Este Lauder counter has always been so nice and helpful. She always update me about the latest promotions and helps me find the products suitable for my skin type. They also carry great collection of clothing and shoes.
