Tom Shupe Plumbing and Heating

Purchased a water softener and iron filter new from Tom in 2013 they worked fine until last year when the iron filter started leaking air back into the lines .I called Tom back in March to see if he could come and have a look at it. He was busy at the time and said he would come out as soon as he could ,I called him again in August and left a message and he never called back ,in the following weeks I left numerous messages, when he finally answered the phone he said he was on vacation and would be away for two weeks..so again I waited several weeks went buy with no reply, I called again his wife answered I explained the situation to her she said she would talk to him and hed be out in a day or two so I waited again.no one showed up. I called again and left a message, his wife called back she said he was to busy and I should call another plumber. Now is this any way to treat a customer who purchased a softener and iron filter from you. That is like you buying a car from a dealer and if it brakes down they tell you they wont fix it take it somewhere else. Would I purchase anything else from Tom Shupe Plumbing noooooo and would not recommend to anyone.

Tom has always been there for us in an emergency. He came to our home one night when we had no water. I highly recommend him.
