Heartsong Medicine

Stephanies Wisdom circle is a wonderful night of sound and talk therapy. She starts the night off with her magical instruments with her beautiful voice chanting and singing. She then proceeds to her quartz singing bowls and the sound radiates through your body. It takes you to such a relaxed state. We then begin the wisdom circle. We sit in a circle and are passed a precious stone. Its your turn to share. Those that professed they would say nothing well , the words flowed out of them. As did tears. Those that choose not to share dont have to. What better place to share than with a group of supportive woman. Treat yourself to a wonderful evening. You wont regret it.

Stephanie Heartsong turned out to be everything I was looking for AND more. When I started researching sound healing her site spoke to me. I have had both personal and group sessions with her and whole heartedly recommend anyone who is on a journey of healing to experience one of her sound sessions. I didn't know what to expect or how to prepare for my 1st healing session with Heartsong Medicine. But I knew I needed some help getting through my difficult times. The sounds, tones, vibrations and sharing the wisdom circle with some powerful women brought me a new strength and many new positive vibes that is difficult to explain. I went with an open mind and heart and am so grateful I did. The meditation and welcoming space warmed my soul and gave me a clean slate. I left feeling empowered, hopeful and free.
