Been to this gym for a while now, I've found best results here compared to the other gyms in town, if you're looking to get some serious gains this gym has the hard-core vibe with the steel plates and dumbells, really gives a good feel and vibe when in there, the owner is very helpful, always responsive with any concerns or questions, and he wants the best for everyone, I highly recommend this gym to anyone who takes their training serious.

Scheduled a tour at 630pm and requested an earlier meet up which owner agreed to. When I arrived I waited for the owner to assist with a couple, owner then vanished without greeting me to speak with an existing member. I waited 5-10 minutes before leaving. I understand its hard to accommodate everyone since its a local business and seemingly one man job, however, I was not physically welcomed with (standard) quality service. Negative experience couldve been racially influenced. Other than discriminative treatment, I would rate the gym environment, equipment and set up 5/10. Good luck

Large facility with many machines, friendly staff and members with a diverse membership. The owner has always been welcoming and helpful. There could be more paper towel left our for member use as the gym is visibly busier since new year.
