I called EMI Air Systems for a quote to install a garage heater, and had nothing but total professionalism from that point on. They returned calls when a message was left, and was able to work with my schedule for the install. When it came to the day of the install, Mike was punctual, and finished the job quickly. I was having furnace issues since beginning of Sept. After calling a big local company, "not gonna name names". They came out multiple times putting a bunch of new parts, It still did not work properly. After they came out the final time they left me with no heat for 3 days. That is when I called EMI Air Systems, Mike answered I told him my situation. I was fed up with throwing money at my old furnace and asked for quote to replace it. He gave me a fantastic quote compared to the competition. He went out got the new furnace same day i called, he dropped it of at the house and installed it the following morning.
