Ray is knowledgeable, thorough, and a pleasure to deal with. He was able to accommodate us the very next day and had our appraisal for sales tax ready when we picked the vehicle up an hour later. Despite it being a holiday weekend, he sent us the detailed insurance appraisal within 2 day which was amazing! I would not hesitate to recommend him.
