After reading all of the negative reviews, I have to say its untrue, I felt I needed to write something I have been working with Phoenix security from last two years, I have found my experience very positive , the management team and fellow guards are very supportive towards one another so that we all succeed in our jobs. Nabil the president is very kind and professional and has awesome customer service skills not only towards his customers it also shows to us the employees. The Training is top notch in the industry, I highly recommend the company to anyone seeking work or looking for a responsible and respected security company to manage/look after their property. To those commenting negative reviews maybe got fired for not doing their job or found sleeping on the job sites! I hope all the success for this company achieving great things

guys stay away from this company no good company their owner is very selfish person do not pay his employees proper money. always pay late . always pay less . i personally Donot recommend to work with them .

this company was always a scam... back in 2008 or so i paid them to give me classes to get my security license. went to 2 classes. questioned him on self defense advice he was giving on the second class, and never got a call back for my 3rd class. company moved locations shortly after that. no return calls or emails.
