A couple months ago I went to NextMod to get my black 2017 Chevy Cruze Wrapped Red to hide some of the swirlmarks and such that were on my car at the moment. Steve was very helpful and even gave me a financing option for getting my car wrapped. He was very respectful and efficient as it only took 4 days for him and his team to wrap it. However, after getting it wrapped, there are several swirlmark type marks on the BRAND NEW wrap job that they provided me. Not only that but there are a few parts that were not covered, and some parts of overlapp (you will see in the photo provided). There are also dents on the plastics inside my car that they had to take out and put back in my car, and scratches in my actual paint from them wrapping my car. After contacting the owner Steve for 2 weeks he then responded and said he would not fix any of it. Only thing he said that he would fix is the rear passenger side door. I asked that he would get the tint redone as there was dust particles under all of the tint (not done by him). I told him that i would like the tint fixed, passenger side back seat door rewrapped, the trunk rewrapped, the bottom of driver side door redone, and i also told him that i can still see black near the bottom lights on the back so that i would like that fixed as well. Its now been almost 3 months of trying to contact him and have gotten no response from anyone. in conclusion, i would not recommend this shop to anyone because of how they wont fix any of their mistakes. Yes i am doing the payments thru financing but it is still expensive and at least expect the work to be worth my money.
