        Let's just say I'm glad hair grows and eventually this cut will go away. It looks like I have a bob of some sort (definitely not what I asked for). The guy also smelled horribly of cigarettes and barely spoke English. I'm giving 2 stars because they got me in as a walk-in and well, he successfully cut my hair, just not how I asked. I don't think the price I paid was worth the quality I got.

        They should receive zero stars for the poor service. Management is abysmal and will treat you like garbage. Do Not Use their Bayshore or Carlingwood Mall locations. Please note that Terry the hairstylist was excellent and should he start working elsewhere we will go see him.
