Told the stylist not to cut my hair short on the sides and that's exactly what she did. Told her to cut one inch of hair off the top and back and she cut two. Refused to listen to simple requests. The haircut looks fine but isn't remotely close to what I asked for. I deserve a full refund.

I would highly recommend the hairdresser named HLA (pronounced La)! She is excellent! One of the best, sharp, precise, technical haircuts around. I have been coming here for highlights, low lights and hair cut for more than 2 years now because when she cut my daughter's hair it was top notch, so well cut, like how they cut in Vancouver, so we decided to keep coming back. She is so skilled. The assistant is good too to keep everything clean and organized. If someone else asks to wash your hair just say you would like "La"! See the pictures, it speaks to her work. Pathetic service. We had an occasion at 3:00pm today. I and my sister booked an appointment at 12:00pm for a hairstyle. When we reached there, they were like we dont have your appointment in our system and they didnt even considered us as their clients and prioritised other people who were doing walk in to the salon. They hardly care about their customers and their values. I would never recommend this salon to anyone. Worst hair salon in the town Service: Hairstyling
