        The response from staff was very fast! Lana did a fantastic job. She was precise and professional, listened to what I wanted, and my hair looks great. As to some of the other reviews, yes, the prices are higher - but, you get one-on-one care, spa quality products, lattes etc.

        On my first visit to Icons I was welcomed with a smile in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Lana gave me a great haircut. I recently moved to Ottawa and after a couple of disappointing visits to other salons was hesitant at trying yet another one. Icons was great !! Alice N.
