Ryan is nothing less than awesome. I am fussy and extremely demanding. I brought in my baby a couple of times and his work is excellent. I had an issue several months later AND it had nothing to do with the install, it was the vehicles manufacturer, Ryan found it and fixed it perfectly not to mention well under what the dealer would have charged. Given the type of break it was, I cannot see the dealership addressing it so easily and so well. Nice to have met and found Ryan Volk!

My car radio stopped working and was fully draining my battery. Ryan was very helpful from even the first phone call. He gave me a variety of options across any budget for a replacement. Great communication and work, would highly recommend!

I contacted Ryan among many other Car Stereo locations in Ottawa to obtain estimates for upgrading a car audio system. I had purchased a used Hyundai Santa Fe Sport and the stereo sucked! I was willing to purchase various components which would have been a needless expense. Ryan was very courteous and knowledgeable. He recommended that I simply purchase efficient speakers which would significantly reduce my cost. His rate was extremely fair and the outcome was amazing. I am very satisfied with the sound and would strongly recommend anyone who wants to improve their car audio to contact Ryan at Volk Audio.
