We hired the company to renovate our 3 bathrooms, ensuite, main, and powder room, after responding through a Facebook post they did on a local contractor page. We initially started with our ensuite only to see if anything would be discovered behind the walls that would blow our budget and judge the companys work, but after coming in on budget and showing an attention to detail and professionalism we were happy with, we continued to use them.
We proceeded with our main bath and powder room renovations and were sadly very disappointed. Workmanship went downhill and sloppy installs and products were used.
We regrettably paid the remainder of the bill after the owner, Daniel Gillespie, promised any issues would be taken care of ( to note: he did the vast majority of work). Both sinks in the 2 bathrooms leak, Dan installed a 220$ wood medicine cabinet by screwing in screws in the decorative open back, chipped mirrors were installed, paint left on tile grout, I could go on.
After an initial follow up, Dan replaced one thing on one leaking sink, nothing in the other. Both sinks continued to leak and I messaged Dan about this but it wasnt urgent as I could place bowls to catch the drips. After messaging that he installed a medicine cabinet with a chipped mirror, Dan/the company stopped responding.
Ive since sent an additional 2 messages requesting a response in the poor workmanship all to no avail.
