Larco Corporation

We bought a house from larco corporation a few years ago and we are finding issues to this day. On top of that, it seems this company of 25 years just got up and disappeared. I can't find a way to contact them. Are they affiliated with larco investments or are these 2 companies unrelated?!

This company has ZERO regard for the public and is only after the almighty dollar. They are completely unwilling to go back to the drawing board and hold a design competition for the Chteau Laurier addition. Instead they put different shades of lipstick on a pig until they wore the City of Ottawa down and they accepted the plan. The lack of commentary from the family that owns Larco shows their disconnect with the communities they do business in. They use their project managers for press commentary and hide behind their veil. I have talked to hundreds of people in Ottawa an NOT ONE PERSON likes the addition and 90% absolutely despise it. Larco seems to think they can do anything they want because it is private property, but they are completely disrespecting the importance of the land they own to the Canadian People. The parking garage that previously occupied the lot was less of a smear on the most iconic vista in our nation than this abhorrent addition, at least is was subtle. A lot of people in Ottawa are taking about boycotting the Chteau Laurier, so I wonder whether a restart of the process with a design competition would have cost less than the business they will lose. Time will tell.
