        Was charged over $200 to have three pairs of pants taken in. Alterations upon trying the pants on were not well done. Pants are still loose. Was pretty shocked at how expensive it was. Would not recommend.

        Went here for the first time and got some pants hemmed. Was charged $20 a pant and picked them up in two days. Service was done good and quick.

        The owner suggested me the diamond serivice would be extra gentle, so I paid nearly $70 for my winter jacket. They washed off the cover of buttons on the stripes inside, and told me it is very normal for those leather-covered buttons. The lady 'kindly' remined me not to send the stripes for dry clean next time. And i cann't believe she even asked " They are the buttons inside, why would you care so much?" Wow, thanks a lot for pointing that out, I definitely won't use their service ever again.
