Unfriendly and rude staff. Laughed in my face when I asked for same day service. I was told by a different Location that this store should be able to do it. They didn't need to be rude about it. They seemed to be annoyed I was there. It was nowhere near closing time.

Laura at this location really impressed my Dad. Being the tough customer that he is, that's saying a lot. He showed-up unannounced as a walk-in with a pair of expensive and lightweight but broken glasses purchased elsewhere and that another optical shop could not - or just wouldn't even bother trying to - fix. Laura was not bothered by the fact that the glasses were purchased elsewhere. And not only was she up to the task of repairing them, she made it happen with minimal wait time, and even fixed-up a second pair for my Dad to keep as a spare, using only the parts that my Dad brought in with him. He left the shop delighted, wearing his very comfortable and properly repaired glasses and unexpectedly having the peace of mind now provided by a back-up pair if needed. Sharing the above along with a big thank you to Laura, as per his request.

I was very nervous about getting my eyes examined after putting it off for 7 years but the staff and Dr. Nguyen at New Look Bayshore were very kind and understanding. My visit was enjoyable! The exam was free (I'm a senior) and they had wonderful deals. Laura and Violet took their time to help me pick out two frames, one with a sunglasses attachment. The whole experience was easy and gentle and I shouldn't have put it off for so long. And the best part: my eyesight had actually improved!

The service at the Bayshore New Look has consistently exceeded any expectations. I actually think of them as miracle workers. Laura & Kerry have solved problems that stymied others. Straight forward advice & thoughts on frame suitability. Platinum level service done quietly & efficiently.

The ladies at this location were so amazing. I had such anxiety about picking out new glasses but they were so patient, caring and accomadating. Shout out to Violet. She took one look at me and said "she had just the pair" and had me try them on. I never would've even picked something like that for myself but I ended up loving them immediately and they were the one's I ended up purchasing. Kaylee was so patient and so great with the process of it all. I just picked them up today and she was very pleasant and made the entire process quick and easy. I have to say between the kanata location with Sauci (hope I spelled that correctly) and Tammy at the front desk, to Violet and Kaylee, they all went above and beyond in my opinion. They were beyond pleasant and the entire experience went from anxious to completely relaxed and stress free. I will definitely be going back and recommending them to people. Great job ladies and ty again.
